Wordwood

Wordwood is beautiful. Glossy green. Dam full. Creeks running clear. Warm, breezy days. Snuggly, cool nights. We saw our first dingo this weekend. Clearly a cross, maybe a little German shepard. We also heard what we think was a barred frog. Quite a distinctive ‘quack bark’. It was at it most of the night! Also saw our first scorpions. After many weekends busy with other things, Pete went up to Wordwood last weekend. Thankfully it survived the bad weather and has blossomed with the rain. Dam and creeks are full and birds happy!
